We offer advice and assistance to companies in the management of their employees or staffing .

As part of our service in handling legal aspects related to labor relations, we also offer our clients assistance related to the Social Security Law and its compliance.

Our services range from general ongoing assistance in the daily matters of the employer-employee relationship, such as the management of labor situations and conflicts, regulatory matters and compliance with employer obligations, including related tax aspects, advice on the payment of wages, overtime and other compensation, compliance with the minimum labor rights recognized by law, management of the suspension of employment contracts, among others.

We also provide assistance in the preparation of employment contracts, ensuring their formalization, legalization and registration in accordance with current labor legislation. We offer services for the preparation and review of contracts with contractors, subcontractors and “adjusters”, with the aim of clearly defining the employment relationship and formalizing said contracts in accordance with applicable legislation.

We assist in the termination of employment relationships, including executives and management personnel, according to the modalities established in labor legislation. We provide advice to determine the most appropriate termination modality in each case. We are responsible for the implementation of models of termination letters (dismissal and eviction) and warnings, as well as any other documentation used by the company.

We offer advice on the review and implementation of internal company policies and regulations, as well as on the management of its registration with the General Directorate of Labor.
